Yes, jucies and smoothies are a good option for hydration. Orange juice was my favourite as it hlped me with nausea too

When I was pregnant i drank a lot of jucies too. Keep it in mind to keep a check on the sugar content in juices. sugar free, fresh juices were my favourite
