Almond milk, soy milk ,other nut milks, oat milk are good and tasty alternatives to dairy milk. 

However Milk is a calicium-rich food. While you're pregnant, try to get at least 1,000 mg of calcium every day.

Non-dairy sources of Calcium are almonds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, dark green leafy vegetables like spinach and kale too! Be sure to include these in your diet.

You can also take a calcium supplement after consulting a medical professional.
